It is meaning.

A lot of what customers actually care about is still trapped outside structured systems.

Not in schemas. Not in governed metadata. Not in operational attributes.

It lives in marketing copy, support docs, tribal knowledge, and the heads of people who know how the business really works.

Humans work around that.

Agents will force companies to drag much more of that meaning into structured form.

That is why this becomes a data product problem.

Not in the old sense of "serve this table to analysts."

In the new sense of "turn the real meaning of the product into something a machine can retrieve, evaluate, and act on."
